Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be dispatched. Allow 2-6 shipping days based on location in regional areas. 

Some postage rates are determined on the weight of your purchase, not the purchase price. Postage will be automatically calculated for you upon checkout. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping to your area. As of now our store is set up to post to Australia only, if you are an international customer, please email us here for assistance.


Faulty products:

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to return a product if you believe that there is a problem.

Any products purchased from Tansy & Twine that arrive in a damaged condition, will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer, under the following conditions:

The customer notifies Tansy & Twine within 7 days of receipt of the faulty goods and include photographic evidence of the fault.


Consumer guarantees do not apply if you:

1. Got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it

 2. Misusing a product in any way that caused the problem
