Magnesium Spray

Using a topical magnesium spray/oil is a quick, convenient and effective way to replenish your magnesium levels in your body. Please note that it is normal to experience some tingling when used initially. As your body acclimates to the oil, the tingling will subside. After applying the oil to the skin, you can either wash it after 20-30 minutes or leave it. - when using it on children, apply to the bottom of the feet only for the first few weeks.  Once their bodies are used to it you can start applying to legs for growing pains or tummy for a good nights sleep.  Remember individual results will vary.

how to use: Spray onto areas that are causing discomfort as well as bottom of feet & stomach for a better nights sleep. May cause a slight tingle on the skin. Tingle will subside, you may keep it on the skin or wash off after 20-30 mins.
